In Year Admissions
Your application will only be considered if you have also completed the Local Authority Common Application Form which is available online at www.eadmissions.org.uk
Application Forms will need to be accompanied by a signed Certificate of Catholic Practice that must be obtained from your Parish Priest, a marked school catchment area map and shown with original supporting documents as outlined in the Admissions booklets.
Due to the current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are asking that you DO NOT bring your completed form into the school. Return by ONE of the following methods:
1. Return your form by post. Registered post is recommended as you will have a record of your application being safely delivered.

The Parish stamp on the Certificate of Catholic Practice must be clearly visible on documents received by us. Embossed stamps are not visible on scanned documents. We recommend that you ask your Parish to mark your
Certificate with an ink stamp or return the full application to us by post.
For In Year Applications for the Main School please ensure that you have completed:
1] the Local Authority Common Application Form
(available online at www.eadmissions.org.uk)
2] the school’s Supplementary Information Form
