    WELCOME TO THIS YEAR'S SCHOOL COUNCIL MEMBERS! 

    A huge congratulations to the new school council members for 2017-18 who have been elected by their classmates to represent their pupil voice this year.

     

    They would like to tell you a little bit about what they are looking forward to and WHY THEY CHOSE TO BECOME A MEMBER OF SCHOOL COUNCIL.

    YEAR 1

    Aoife: “I am looking forward to the meetings.”

    Theo: “I am looking forward to talking to the other children in School Council.”

    Nathan:  “I am looking forward to the meetings and the speeches.”

    Maria: “I am looking forward to meetings because I enjoy them.”

    David: “ I am looking forward to helping out the other School Council members.”

    Alex: “I chose to be a School Council member because I like to raise money for charity. I like sharing with people.”

    Holly: “I am looking forward to raising money for charity.”

    Henry: “I have chosen to be a School Council member because I want to share people’s ideas.”

    Nicolette: “I have chosen to be a School Council member because I really want the school to be a better place.”

    Jayden: "I wanted to be part of School Council because I wanted to give children more choice and make a difference.”

    Nicolas: “I have chosen to be a School Council member to make some of the things in our school better. Making sure people are happy coming to school.”
